Since we have been having such great weather, we decided to go on a picnic and fly kites with Jake's family. The weather wasn't as great as it was yesterday, but it was still beautiful, but windy. Great for flying a kite. Jake and I experimented and made homemade fried chicken. It was really good. Neither of us had done it before, and I'd have to say that it turned out delicious. We decided that it wasn't worth making, especially when you can get fried chicken from Albertson's for cheap.
We had a fun time flying the kite and playing with his brother and sister. Tean didn't like the wind very much, so he stayed in the stroller, out of the wind and fell asleep during all the excitement. Next year I'm sure he'll enjoy it a lot more!
