A few weeks ago
Tean, Marta (our foreign exchange student), and I went to Yellowstone with Jake's parents. Unfortunately, Jake couldn't come because he was in Pennsylvania working. I had picked up Marta late the night before and early the next morning we were on our way up to Yellowstone. We first went to Old Faithful.
It was really cool looking! After we walked around and saw some geysers that were around Old Faithful.
Tean insisted on walking all by himself.
There were so many pretty things there to see. Some of them seemed out of this world, like they belonged on Mars or something.

We saw some antelope and some buffalo.
This buffalo walked right past our car as we were driving.
It was so pretty. I hadn't been to Yellowstone in a long time. I don't remember very much of it. I had forgotten how amazing it is!

Tean's favorite part of the trip were the rocks.
He thought they were
fascinating. This is us with our foreign exchange student. She is from Spain. We camped one night in Yellowstone. I think it was a pretty big culture shock to her.
Tean just loved being able to be outside all the time.
Tean was exhausted by the time we were through!
A few weeks ago, we went to the Eastern Idaho State Fair. We had a lot of fun! We saw lots of different animals. 
Tean loved most of the animals, but he was afraid of getting close to the cows and sheep. 
He was okay touching the animals in the petting zoo and loved to feed the goats there. 
For some reason, Tean didn't like being on the tractor. We even saw a long jump show for dogs.
I think Tean's favorite part of the fair was eating the honey butter for the tiger ears.
