Decorating Gingerbread Houses

We decided to decorate gingerbread houses on the Monday before Christmas.  Tean was really excited to do it, I think mostly because he got to eat lots of candy.
Ziah also liked licking off the frosting from the graham crackers that I gave him and eating the candy.
Jake helped Tean put the house together.

After Jake helped Tean put up the sides of the house, Tean decorated the house with candy.  He had lots of fun putting different candy on it, but he had to make sure that it was the kind of candy that he liked.
I thought Tean was done decorating his house, so we took a picture, but then he decided there was more that needed to be added to his house.
While Tean was decorating a house, I decided to do one too.
Tean, and his final product.  I think he did a great job!
After decorating the houses, we drove around Pocatello and looked at the Christmas lights.  We saw some houses with some pretty cool lights.  One house we went to was giving out hot chocolate, another house had it's lights blinking to songs on a certain radio station.  We had a great FHE celebrating the Christmas season.
